The students are not permitted to enter the campus after 8:00 a.m and not allowed to leave the college before 3:00 p.m.
2. CERTIFICATES
Students should submit their original +2 mark list, CC&TC. In case of CBSE & courses other than +2 of Tamil Nadu Board, 10 th std Mark Sheet should also be submitted. Whenever needed Community Certificate should also be given.
3.TRANSPORTATION
Students can come either in the college bus / public transport / train or stay in the hostel. We are operating buses for the student's convenience and they can board the bus at their nearest boarding point
4. ATTENDANCE
We insist on a minimum of 90% attendance for theory classes and 100% attendance for laboratory classes. Point system is followed in our college. Each student is allowed to accure not more than 6 points in a semester. Leave letter with parent's signature or leave accompanied by MC for one day without permission is considered as two points. First year students may accure 12 points for the whole year.
5. REQUISITIONS
All requisition letters for expenditure certificates, leave letters, medical certificate, permission, hostel matters including permission and leave must be addressed to the Principal.
6. COMMUNICATION
All requisition letters for Bonafide Certificates, Scholarship form, book bank scheme and In-plant training should also be addressed to the Principal.
7. REGULARITY
Students should also take prior permission before absenting from the class, failure of which will be viewed seriously and intimated to their parents.
8. SEATING
Students should not change their seating position frequently. Once a student takes a seat in a particular place, he/she should sit there for the whole year. He/She is responsible for defacing the desks or for any damage to that desk.
9. DRESS CODE
All students in the campus should be neatly dressed. All boy students are expected to wear self-coloured pants with their shirts neatly tucked in. They should wear shoes only. Slippers will not be permitted. All girl students should wear sarees or churidhars with dhupatta.
10. IDENTITY CARD
Each student will be provided with an identity card with his/her name and photo. They should wear the identity card while inside the campus and in the bus.
11. DRESS REGULATION
The following dress regulation should be followed in the Lab / Workshop
Physics, Chemistry and Computer labs :
For both boys and girls a long white overcoat with leather shoes
Basic Workshop
For both boys and girls - Khaki pants and Khaki half sleeve shirt with leather shoes.
